Styled to Inspire: A Styled Wedding Shoot

Earlier this August we had the pleasure of hosting some extremely talented photographers, models, florists, stylists and other wedding professionals at our very own Glen Sanders Mansion.

The shoot was put on by Styled Shoots Across America. Their mission is to travel across the US putting on styled wedding shoots. Photographers and wedding professionals from the area are welcome to join the shoot and show off their skills, work on their craft, and connect with other wedding professionals. There’s nothing quite like seeing wedding professionals get together to support each other and share advice. We had an amazing time hosting and working with everyone at the shoot, and an even more amazing time seeing what the photographers were able to capture. Here’s a sneak peak of some of our favorites!

The floral arrangements for this shoot, thanks to Intrigue Teaches, were absolutely to die for! The romantic draping of flowers where you say “I do” look too dreamy to be real. This is the perfect way to decorate the arbor on the front lawn of the mansion – we’re hoping to see more arrangements like these for weddings at the mansion!

The models for this shoot had an amazing hair and makeup stylist team to help them serve up these stunning looks. A strong stylist team is a must for your wedding day. Brittney Weiss Bridal Hair and Christina Delfino Makeup take the cake for creating a perfect look for this shoot!

We are in love with the decor and floral arrangements for this shoot. Moss walls are very trendy for summer weddings as backdrops. This moss wall on the indoor patio at the Glen Sanders Mansion was put to good use! Placing seating cards in the wall is such a simple, unique and adorable idea – definitely something to consider for your wedding. If you have access to a moss wall, use it! We’ll definitely be recommending this to our brides. The best part about this wall is that it’s indoors so it can be used during winter weddings too! Another thing we cannot get enough of is personally decorated Champagne greeting stations – especially when they look this good!

Thank you to everyone involved for the inspiration, we can’t wait to bring out some of this creativity for our next Bride and Groom!
