Hot Trend: Groom’s Cakes Galore

I don’t know about you, but I’m sure many of our Aisle Files readers have this same vision of a groom’s cake in mind: that red velvet, armadillo groom’s cake in the film “Steel Magnolias”. Thanks to the many talented pasty chefs in the culinary industry, I’d say groom’s cakes have come a long way since that armadillo cake.

Groom’s cakes should be fun and playful, each reflecting something personal to the groom. Perhaps a cake depicting his favorite sports team, a logo of his favorite sports team, a favorite car, a favorite travel spot… the list is endless!
