Happy Birthday Aisle Files!!
I cannot believe it has been a whole year already here at Aisle Files! It seems like only yesterday I was drafting the first post about my very own wedding and figuring out how the whole blog thing worked.
I want to extend a big thank you to all of our readers, the wedding professionals that have contributed this past year and all of the couples that have been willing to share their big day with us!
With a year behind us it is now time to move forward! I am looking for your feedback to make Aisle Files even better in 2010. Let me know what you love, what you want to see more of, what you could live without and what topics I have yet to blog about that you think are interesting! As a token on our appreciation we will reward 4 lucky readers with a $50 universal gift card good at any of our restaurants. Just leave a comment and 4 people will be drawn from those at random on Monday 12/21. You have until 4pm on Monday to comment!
So have a big slice of cake this weekend (and get to work on those comments) to celebrate the very first year of Aisle Files!
Am I disqualified for being the husband of the blogger? If there is a Christmas spirit, you will not disqualify me!

I have been an avid reader of aisle files and love to see what weddings have just occured at all of the beautiful “one repuatation” venues. I would love to see more posted about some of the small details of the evening. It’s fun to see other ideas that brides have as I am working on planning my wedding. The pictures are always so fun to look at and having all of the vendors listed is very helpful when planning! Thank you for your great work.
Congratulations on your blog birthday! I love seeing real weddings at each venue, and how different photographers capture the same venue. I would love to see more about local vendors and creative or unique ideas couples incorporate into their wedding. Keep up the great work!

I love the real wedding stories but I also like that you mix it up with Wedding Trivia or trends (I bought the XShot Camera Extender for my sister for X-Mas!)
I especially like when you focus on the gorgeous food, cake and drinks! It is a great way for Brides and Grooms to Be to check out all of the delicious offerings.

Hey!!
Happy Birthday!!
As a soon-to-be bride the real weddings featuring decor, real pictures and floral arrangements really help with the planning and figuring out what works and doesn’t work. The real treat is the travel, gadgets and little tidbits that make the difference.
I would personally like to see how the food or the meal plan reflects the couple, tells a story or simply the basics of what goes and what doesn’t. The other thing I would like to see would be maybe a “best of the best” weddings and why they were amazing, be it vendors, thoughtfulness of the couple or creativity. Just thinking….
I love the idea of the best of the best! We will definitely have to work on that feature for 2010! I will also be sure to discuss the food a bit more-all great advice! Thanks & Happy Planning!
