Tips: Wedding Planning Stress? There’s an App for That!

Many brides today are tech savvy and looking to their smartphones on helping out with the entire wedding planning process. Wedding planning apps have been increasingly becoming more popular in all app stores, making a bride’s life easier and less stressful. However, where the problem lies, what app is actually useful AND worth the money?!

I have researched into this a little more myself, and I have found a free app that many brides have given top reviews! The app is called WeddingHappy, and it is available for iPhones and iPads in the iTunes store.

WeddingHappy has everything that a bride would need to keep herself organized for the big day, and everything is customized revolving around the big day! This app is organized by category, due dates, notes and tasks.

Have you ever seen a floral arrangement on pinterest or a bridal gown that you adored and totally forgot where you saw it or the name of the designer? No worries, this app will help you! Quickly write down something in your note section that will remind you to go back and research in more detail about anything that you have seen on the internet or bridal magazines. This is just a better, more organized way of planning your wedding instead of pinning details on a pinterest board!

The task manager on this app helps brides with due dates for payments for all of the wedding vendors, and also a built in timeline of when the couple should be booking their various vendors, from photographers, caterer, to florists. After tasks have been completed, you would be able to check off that task, which is always a big relief when those large “to do” tasks are done!

After the task has been completed, the app will always give you an updated chart on how close you really are to finishing your wedding planning needs, and how many days you have to complete everything!
