Real Wedding Spotlight: Anna and Josh

Anna and Josh held their wedding at Key Hall at Proctors on April 28th, 2012.

I love this shot of Anna walking from Paul Mitchell School to the Hampton In after getting her hair done with her girls. Plus the green and pink added a pop of spring color!

Anna and Josh gave their guests vodka as favors, and they also had two great signature cocktails (an alocholic and a non alcoholic version) Anna ordered juice balls that you would find in bubble tea for the drinks and they were amazing!

Anna’s family is from Poland and they had a special ceremony that took place before they could enter the reception. It involved bread (brought from poland), salt, water, and vodka. The couple had to kiss the bread, select a shot which they didn’t know what was vodka and what was water (the one who recieved the vodka is said to wear the pants in the relationship) The ceremony ended with the two of them breaking the shot glasses for luck. It turned out that Josh will wear the pants, check out his reaction below.

Anna and Flowers by Pesha took care of a lot of the little details, the ballroom was gorgeous. This tree has butterflies on it that were hand pinned by Anna. Each butterfly was not only the guests placecard, but then they sat on their champagne flute as decoration.
