Real Wedding Spotlight: Kia & Geoff

I am super excited about this wedding that was at Saratoga National Golf Club on December 5th!  Not only were Kia and Geoff a lot of fun to work with but all of their planning resulted in a wonderful day AND some fabulous photos from their amazing photographer Tracey Buyce!  It was a picture perfect day with a nice dusting of gorgeous white snow-it made the mood so cozy and romantic and made for some great photos.

For their cocktail hour guests were greeted with a champagne and snowball martini station.  Kia had custom ordered a beautiful ice sculpture from Charlie Jones (The Ice Man!) which perfectly accented the winter white station!

In the ballroom Mike from Clifton Park Rental worked his magic and set up a lighting system that completely transformed the room…

All of those fabulous black spandex chair covers and white ties came from the team at Tablecloths For Granted.

The delicious and gorgeous wedding cake from Deb Coye right here in Saratoga…I am loving the red accents!

Kia and Geoff even had a custom logo on the floor for their first dance…so cute.  Another great job by Mike and CP Rental!

What is a snowball martini station?! Sounds fabulous.

  • The snowball martini station is fabulous! If you want to make your very own pitcher of 4-6 drinks you mix up the following: 1/4 cup vanilla vodka, 1/2 cup coconut flavored rum, 1/4 cup cream of coconut and 3/4 cup light cream. Put all of that in a shaker with some ice and then pour into your martini glass and enjoy! 🙂 We serve that specialty winter cocktail along with glasses of champagne for guests to sip as they enter cocktail hour!
