Saratoga Wine & Food Festival 2015

Calling all foodies and wine lovers!

The 15th Annual Saratoga Wine & Food Festival and Concours D’Elegance hosted by the Saratoga Performing Arts Center is an event you won’t want to miss! This is a perfect idea for a date night… or perhaps a date weekend?

Do you or someone you know love rare and collectible cars? On Friday, September 11th you can enjoy a spirited road rally through the breathtaking roads of the Adirondacks, finishing off at an exquisite Lake George Club.

For the non-car fanatics, if you’re a fan of a little competition then head on over to SPAC where the 2nd Annual Fired Up! event is taking place from 7 PM to 10 PM. Fired Up! is a sizzling hot grill-off competition between the top grill masters in the Capital Region and New York City. The best part is that YOU get to be the judge on who makes the tastiest food by sampling everything and voting on which one you think is the best. FYI Angelo’s 677 Prime is one of restaurants representing the Capital Region so you clearly know who to root for [:

On September 12th, spend the day exploring this year’s Grand Tasting with Food Network celebrity chef, Ellie Krieger. The tasting is centered on exquisite wines, spirits, and the Capital Region’s top restaurants, including our very own Prime at Saratoga National and Angelo’s 677 Prime. Be sure to stop by our Steakhouse Booth where you can try our mouthwatering cherry pepper steak tips with garlic whipped potatoes and a kale and quinoa salad… Yum!

Last but not least, what’s a successful weekend without a Sunday Brunch? Head on over to the Saratoga National Golf Club on September 13th for the In the Groove Jazz Brunch and get a taste of all six Mazzone’s restaurants in one location. So sit back, relax, drink some mimosas and Bloody Mary’s and listen to New Orleans style jazz music on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

The best part about this lively three day event is that it’s all for a great cause! The ultimate goal of the Festival is to help raise funds for the Saratoga Performing Art’s Center Children’s Education Program. A weekend full of wine, food and cars that is also benefiting someone else?! Who could resist?
